What the AI does

Riya AI rewrites customer-provided words for clarity and structure. The customer can edit the result and must explicitly approve it before continuing.

What the AI does not do

It does not publish reviews, choose a star rating, access the customer’s Google account, or automatically paste or submit text on Google.

AI provider processing

Riya uses the configured Gemini Developer API and, when enabled, Groq as a backup for temporary outages or capacity limits. The same review text and relevant business context may be processed by the backup provider. Free-tier terms may allow Google to use submitted content to improve products. Do not submit personal or sensitive information. The provider account’s billing tier and terms determine processing and availability. Customer approval does not authorise automatic public posting.

Accuracy and control

AI output may be imperfect. Customers must check that the draft accurately reflects their experience. Original input, rating, and critical sentiment should be preserved.

Responsible review practices

Businesses must invite genuine feedback without review gating, incentives, fabricated experiences, or selective suppression of negative reviews.
