Do customers need an account or app?
No ReviewBuddy login or app is needed. The customer opens your review page in their browser. Posting on Google requires their own Google account.
How do I set up my first campaign?
Add your business details and logo, save the correct location and Google review URL, then create a campaign. Test the full journey on a phone before printing or sharing. The workspace checklist helps you see what is ready.
Can I change the QR design, name and logo?
Yes. The QR studio offers Counter Card, Table Stand and Wall Poster designs. You can change the accent colour, upload a custom artwork logo, edit the display name and add a tagline, then download PNG or print to PDF. The QR destination stays the same.
Does a low rating change the Google destination?
No. ReviewBuddy welcomes positive, mixed and critical experiences. Customers are not restricted from the Google handoff based on rating.
Do I need Google API access to use the QR?
The core customer handoff needs a valid Google review link saved for the location. Importing Google reviews, publishing business replies and fetching Google metrics are separate features that require approved setup and an authorised owner connection.
Will the review post automatically?
No. Customers check and approve their words, copy the review, then paste and post on Google themselves. A copied draft or Google open is not a confirmed public review.
