Service

reviewbuddy.in provides QR campaigns, customer feedback collection, optional AI writing assistance, approval workflows, analytics, and a handoff to third-party review platforms.

Customer responsibility

Customers must submit genuine experiences and approve their own words. Businesses must not offer prohibited incentives, suppress critical feedback, impersonate customers, or use the service to create misleading content.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for account security and all activity in your workspace. Automated abuse, unlawful content, attacks, credential sharing, and attempts to evade limits are prohibited.

Third-party services

Google, payment providers, email providers, and AI services operate under their own terms. We do not control whether a third party publishes, removes, or ranks a review.

Availability and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but may experience maintenance or provider outages. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
