Trial

The advertised trial can be used without a credit card. Paid access begins only after a successful checkout.

Billing periods

New paid plans are available in India first: Starter monthly, Growth monthly or yearly, and Scale yearly. Standard subscriptions renew automatically when authorised until cancelled. Coupon purchases cover a single period and do not renew automatically. Existing subscriptions retain their recorded terms.

Contact us through the contact page. Our target for a first response is within one business day; resolution time depends on the issue.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation at any time. Unless otherwise required by law, access continues until the end of the paid billing period and future renewals stop after cancellation is processed.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except for duplicate charges, verified technical billing errors, or where applicable law requires a refund. Contact support promptly with the payment reference.

Failed payments

Access may be restricted when a renewal fails or a subscription becomes past due. It can be restored after successful payment.
