- Your identity comes firstCustomers see the business name, logo and location they recognise.
- Riya helps with the wordingCustomers describe their visit. Riya aims for a clear, natural draft while preserving facts and criticism.
- Three customer languagesChoose English, Hindi or Hinglish and edit the resulting draft before approval.
- Copy, then post themselvesAfter copying, the business’s saved Google review link opens. Customers paste and post on Google.

A starting point that stays personal.
Riya works from the customer’s input. It aims for 3–4 short sentences when genuine detail supports them, without inventing a service, outcome or recommendation.
Let customers use familiar words.
English, Hindi and Hinglish are available in the customer journey. The person checks whether the draft still expresses what they meant.
Relevant details, naturally included.
Saved service and location terms can provide context. They are not mandatory phrases, and neither keywords nor review collection guarantees a Google ranking.
Prefer a direct link or a guided experience?
A direct QR is useful when customers want to write immediately on Google. reviewbuddy.in is useful when they want help expressing their experience and you want a consistent branded journey.
The guided route adds steps before Google. Test it with your customers rather than assuming it will improve every business’s conversion rate.
A few practical answers.
Does scanning post a review automatically?
No. The customer approves their words, copies the draft and continues to Google. They still choose their stars, paste the text and tap Post themselves.
Are unhappy customers shown a different destination?
No. All ratings are welcome. The Google handoff is not restricted to favourable feedback.
Does the customer need a reviewbuddy.in account?
No reviewbuddy.in account or app is required. Posting on Google requires the customer’s own Google account.
Do I need to connect the Google API?
The customer handoff needs a valid saved Google review URL. Importing reviews and publishing business replies are separate features requiring approved Google setup and an authorised connection.
What if Riya is unavailable?
The customer’s original experience stays visible with a retry path. AI allowances and provider capacity apply; the original text is not presented as a newly generated draft.
