GETTING STARTED

Build a recognisable customer review page

Customers arrive from a small QR card or a short message, often without knowing the software behind it. A clear business identity reduces uncertainty and makes the next action easier to understand.

A practical workflow

  1. Lead with the business

Display the real logo and familiar name before product decoration. The customer should recognise whose experience they are being asked to describe.

  2. Confirm the location

Include the relevant city or public address, especially when the business has branches. Keep the text short enough to read on a phone.

  3. Use a simple finish

Explain that the customer checks the draft, copies it and posts on Google. Avoid language that suggests a review has already been published.

Avoid this mistake

Do not use stock customer logos or an unrelated branch photograph as evidence of the business identity.

What to check

Ask a person unfamiliar with the setup to identify the business and next step without coaching.

A practical first check

Open the customer page as someone who has never seen your settings. They should recognise the business, understand the invitation and know what happens after copying a draft. Test with sample text and stop before posting to a live listing. The purpose is to find friction, not to create artificial customer evidence.
