GETTING STARTED

Create your first review collection workflow

A first campaign works best when it follows a real customer interaction from beginning to end. Before printing anything, decide which business location the page represents and what the customer should do after checking a draft.

A practical workflow

  1. Confirm the identity

Use the name customers see on your signboard. Add a recognisable logo and public location so a customer can tell they opened the right page.

  2. Save the destination

Open the Google review link yourself. Check that it points to the right location rather than a search result for several similarly named businesses.

  3. Walk the whole journey

Open the campaign on a phone, describe a sample experience, inspect the wording and test the copy step. Do not publish test reviews.

Avoid this mistake

Printing before testing can spread a wrong destination across every customer touchpoint.

What to check

Check whether the correct business name and destination appear at every step before measuring traffic.

A practical first check

Open the customer page as someone who has never seen your settings. They should recognise the business, understand the invitation and know what happens after copying a draft. Test with sample text and stop before posting to a live listing. The purpose is to find friction, not to create artificial customer evidence.

Choose one clear campaign objective →

It is easier to improve a campaign when you know what question it should answer. A QR at reception and a link sent after service may both collect feedback,.
