A practical workflow
Let the customer choose
Show the available languages clearly. Do not assume a preferred language from the customer’s name or the business category.
Preserve local meaning
Check service names, place names and common expressions. A fluent sentence is not enough if an important detail changes.
Edit before posting
Encourage the customer to adjust words they would not normally use. Their approval should reflect understanding, not just a quick tap.
Avoid this mistake
Avoid presenting Hinglish as Hindi translation or assuming all customers read the same script.
What to check
Ask whether the customer understands and recognises the final text in the selected language.
Keep the customer in control
Riya helps with wording in English, Hindi and Hinglish. It should preserve the customer’s facts and sentiment, and the customer can edit the draft before approving it. Copying and continuing to Google does not publish anything automatically. AI availability depends on both workspace allowances and the configured provider. Keep sensitive personal information out of input.
