Keep an AI draft faithful to critical feedback

Clearer writing should not turn criticism into praise. A customer who describes a delay or confusing explanation should still recognise that concern after the draft has been rewritten.

A practical workflow

  1. Identify the concern

Look for the specific issue in the original input. A mixed experience can include both helpful staff and an inconvenient process.

  2. Compare the tone

Check that the draft has not softened the criticism so much that the meaning changes. Polite wording should still communicate the problem.

  3. Approve deliberately

Let the customer edit before continuing. Their chosen sentiment matters more than a business preference for positive language.

Avoid this mistake

Avoid replacing a complaint with generic appreciation or adding a recommendation the customer did not make.

What to check

Use side-by-side checks of original input and final wording when testing mixed or negative examples.

Keep the customer in control

Riya helps with wording in English, Hindi and Hinglish. It should preserve the customer’s facts and sentiment, and the customer can edit the draft before approving it. Copying and continuing to Google does not publish anything automatically. AI availability depends on both workspace allowances and the configured provider. Keep sensitive personal information out of input.
