A practical workflow
Start with what happened
Describe the service, visit or class in ordinary language. The customer does not need to write polished marketing copy.
Add one useful detail
Mention an explanation, staff interaction or practical issue that really occurred. Avoid adding private information just to make the draft longer.
Check the result
Read the draft against the original experience. Remove anything that changes the meaning or introduces an unsupported claim.
Avoid this mistake
Do not invent details when the original input is short; ask for a genuine experience instead.
What to check
Judge whether the draft preserves the facts and sentiment, rather than whether it sounds more enthusiastic.
Keep the customer in control
Riya helps with wording in English, Hindi and Hinglish. It should preserve the customer’s facts and sentiment, and the customer can edit the draft before approving it. Copying and continuing to Google does not publish anything automatically. AI availability depends on both workspace allowances and the configured provider. Keep sensitive personal information out of input.
