Use business keywords without inventing experiences

Saved business terms can help an assistant understand context, but they are not a licence to add services or outcomes. A keyword belongs in a draft only when it fits what the customer actually described.

A practical workflow

  1. Choose factual terms

Use accurate services and locations rather than superlatives. A course name is more grounded than best institute with guaranteed success.

  2. Match the input

Check whether the customer experienced the service represented by the term. Do not force every saved keyword into every review.

  3. Read naturally

The final wording should sound like the customer’s experience. Remove repetition or awkward phrases before approval.

Avoid this mistake

Do not add exam results, job placements or services simply because they are saved as keywords.

What to check

Check factual support and readability, not the percentage of saved keywords inserted.

Keep the customer in control

Riya helps with wording in English, Hindi and Hinglish. It should preserve the customer’s facts and sentiment, and the customer can edit the draft before approving it. Copying and continuing to Google does not publish anything automatically. AI availability depends on both workspace allowances and the configured provider. Keep sensitive personal information out of input.
