REVIEW REQUESTS

Keep review reminders considerate

Silence is not proof that a customer missed a message. They may be busy, uninterested or uncomfortable posting publicly. A reminder should respect that choice and should never become a condition of service.

A practical workflow

  1. Set a modest policy

Decide in advance whether a reminder is appropriate for the relationship. Do not let staff send repeated requests from several accounts.

  2. Make declining easy

Use wording that makes participation optional. If someone asks you to stop contacting them, record and respect that request.

  3. Separate support

Follow up on unresolved service issues through the usual support channel. Do not combine help with a demand to change a review.

Avoid this mistake

Avoid treating a lack of a Google post as permission for more messages; reviewbuddy.in cannot confirm every customer post.

What to check

Track requests to stop and complaints about frequency as well as observed link activity.

Keep the invitation genuine

Google’s rules prohibit fake and incentivised engagement. Use a consistent invitation for real customer experiences, including critical ones. Keep support, refunds and service access independent of public feedback. reviewbuddy.in supports manual WhatsApp Web sharing; email requests require SMTP setup and explicit approval. A sent invitation does not prove that a customer has posted.
