A practical workflow
Use general descriptions
Describe reception, communication or helpfulness rather than diagnoses, account numbers or personal documents.
Check attached material
Photos can reveal faces, paperwork, screens or location details that the customer did not intend to share. Inspect them before uploading.
Read the draft again
Remove unnecessary personal details from both the original and the final wording. Do not assume an assistant will catch everything.
Avoid this mistake
Do not use real sensitive customer information in demonstrations or troubleshooting examples.
What to check
Review whether every included detail is necessary to describe the experience.
Keep the customer in control
Riya helps with wording in English, Hindi and Hinglish. It should preserve the customer’s facts and sentiment, and the customer can edit the draft before approving it. Copying and continuing to Google does not publish anything automatically. AI availability depends on both workspace allowances and the configured provider. Keep sensitive personal information out of input.
