GETTING STARTED

Launch a small pilot before expanding

A pilot gives the team room to notice practical issues before every customer sees the invitation. Choose one location or touchpoint with enough everyday activity to test the process under normal conditions.

A practical workflow

  1. Keep the scope small

Start with one clear campaign and one responsible team member. Avoid changing several templates and placements on the first day.

  2. Write down observations

Note unclear instructions, scanning difficulty and destination errors. Separate these issues from whether customers choose to post publicly.

  3. Fix and repeat

Change one meaningful part of the journey and run the test again. Expand only when the staff explanation and customer handoff are clear.

Avoid this mistake

Do not claim success from a handful of sample scans or from reviews written by the team.

What to check

Track recurring points of confusion and whether the next pilot removes them.

A practical first check

Open the customer page as someone who has never seen your settings. They should recognise the business, understand the invitation and know what happens after copying a draft. Test with sample text and stop before posting to a live listing. The purpose is to find friction, not to create artificial customer evidence.
