Plan customer draft allowances sensibly

A monthly draft allowance is a resource limit, not a target to generate unnecessary text. Plan usage around genuine customer requests and leave room for ordinary retries or varying provider availability.

A practical workflow

  1. Know the plan

Check the current monthly allowance in the workspace. Scale includes 200 customer drafts per month; other plans have their own limits.

  2. Separate activities

Customer drafts, business reply drafts and feedback analysis may have different allowances. Do not assume one number covers all AI work.

  3. Watch the trend

Review usage during the month and check provider limits too. A remaining plan balance does not guarantee that the provider has capacity at that moment.

Avoid this mistake

Do not rotate keys or accounts to evade a provider’s limits.

What to check

Use the workspace’s actual usage records and visible limit messages when planning activity.

Keep the customer in control

Riya helps with wording in English, Hindi and Hinglish. It should preserve the customer’s facts and sentiment, and the customer can edit the draft before approving it. Copying and continuing to Google does not publish anything automatically. AI availability depends on both workspace allowances and the configured provider. Keep sensitive personal information out of input.
