Review an AI draft before approving it

Approval is the moment when the customer confirms that the words represent their experience. A quick but deliberate check protects against plausible additions that were never part of the visit.

A practical workflow

  1. Check the facts

Review names, service details and location references. Delete anything the customer cannot personally support.

  2. Check the sentiment

Make sure the draft has not exaggerated satisfaction or removed a complaint. Mixed feedback should remain mixed when that is what the customer meant.

  3. Check the privacy

Remove personal identifiers and sensitive information before copying the review. A public platform may make the text widely visible.

Avoid this mistake

Do not treat grammatical fluency as proof that a draft is accurate.

What to check

Use factual accuracy, tone and privacy as three separate approval checks.

Keep the customer in control

Riya helps with wording in English, Hindi and Hinglish. It should preserve the customer’s facts and sentiment, and the customer can edit the draft before approving it. Copying and continuing to Google does not publish anything automatically. AI availability depends on both workspace allowances and the configured provider. Keep sensitive personal information out of input.
