GETTING STARTED

Test a campaign before printing

A printable QR can outlive the screen where it was created. Testing the final artwork before a large print run is cheaper and more reliable than replacing cards after customers find a broken journey.

A practical workflow

  1. Print a small proof

Use the actual intended size, material and placement. A QR that works on a bright monitor may be harder to scan on glossy paper.

  2. Scan on two phones

Try ordinary camera apps at a realistic distance. Confirm that the page is readable and that the correct business appears.

  3. Follow the destination

Check the draft approval and Google handoff with sample input. Stop before posting any invented review to a live listing.

Avoid this mistake

Do not rely only on scanning the downloadable QR image at full size on a laptop.

What to check

Record successful scans, the page reached and any confusion at the copy-and-continue step.

A practical first check

Open the customer page as someone who has never seen your settings. They should recognise the business, understand the invitation and know what happens after copying a draft. Test with sample text and stop before posting to a live listing. The purpose is to find friction, not to create artificial customer evidence.
